Coltaine:

Music Style: Rock, Heavy Psychedelic Rock Date of creation: 2014
Localisation: Karlsruhe, Germany
Label: none
Description:
Versatile hard rock quartet, Coltaine, thrive on contrast. Now five records into their journey, that began in 2014, Moritz Pirmin Berg (guitarist,) Benedikt Klemens Berg (bass,) and Julia Frasch (vocals) are unremittingly forward- looking.
There is a ferocious energy and rhythmic nuance to the band that delivers devastating guitar riffs in a raw blend of progressive, darkish, neo-psychedelic rock.
Coltaine's most recent record, like the previous albums, was recorded live in an independent environment in their hometown, Karlsruhe to catch the instinctive raw energy and was released March 31,2022 without a label. They continue to improve their unique mixture of crafted songwriting and spacious groove on the road with a 10+ date tour this spring and fall. Coltaine have deep musical roots and grow a heavy, engaging sound, with sheer feeling in every song.

Kariti:
карити (kariti) - ('mourn the dead' in church Slavonic, an antique Slavic liturgical language) is a Russian born artist based in Italy. her debut - 'Covered Mirrors' - was released on September 18, 2020 by the Italian label Aural Music and represents a cathartic peregrination through bereavement.

Cvlt Nation: "viscerally beautiful and haunting dark folk that sees our pain and holds a healing hand over it"

Astral Noize "..alluring strain of dark folk manages to blend the ethereal with the real... folk instrumentation paired with celestial croons that radiate over the stripped-back guitar."

The Obelisk: "that the style in which kariti is immersed has taken on the trappings of a genre does precious little to undercut the emotional impact being made by the material and the album’s execution, and while  moj nns power is quiet, it nonetheless exists."
